Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
Non-refundable Pet Fee: $250 for pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
Cats, dogs, and fish (in tanks up to 10 gallons) are welcome.
Exotic pets such as snakes, lizards, and ferrets are not permitted.
75 lb. weight limit per pet.
Restricted breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull–type (including American Staffordshire Terrier), German Shepherd, Malamute, Chow Chow, Belgian Malinois, and Wolf-Dog hybrids.
Please be courteous to your neighbors and clean up after your pets.
